Frontline Leader Training
This program is designed for supervisors and managers who lead people and drive day-to-day performance.
Frontline leaders are the critical link between strategy and execution. They guide teams responsible for delivering daily results and have a direct impact on culture, safety, performance, and operational success.
This program is a good fit if you:
Directly manage employees or teams
Are responsible for daily productivity, performance, and results
Coach employees and provide feedback
Address operational, safety, or quality challenges
Translate strategy into action on the front line
Common roles include: Supervisor, Team Lead, Manager, Shift Leader, Operations Manager
Focus of the training: Practical, hands-on tools to build trust, strengthen communication, reinforce safety and accountability, and lead teams with confidence in fast-paced, real-world environments.
As a Project Manager, Russ is responsible for leading CSC's Front Line Leadership Course. Russ empowers individuals to take ownership of problem-solving and drive bottom-up improvements aligned with customer and organizational goals.
