Kourtney has more than 20 years of accounting and auditing experience, specializing in Risk Management & Advisory Services. She is proficient in providing all aspects of internal audit outsourcing and co-sourcing, from risk assessment, development of audit plans, execution and oversight of audit engagements to reporting of results to management and Audit Committees. Kourtney excels at performing System & Organization Control readiness assessments and examinations such as SOC 1, SOC 2, and SOC 3. She assists public companies with evaluations of business processes and information technology controls required by the Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Act, including initial implementation of SOX programs. Kourtney focuses on providing business insights and solutions to help management and company boards identify and manage risks to achieve their business objectives.
