Starting November 10, 2025, CMMC compliance becomes mandatory for DoD contracts. If your CMMC level isn’t posted in SPRS, you won’t be eligible.

Levels 2–3 may receive 180-day conditional certification to close POA&Ms
Requirements flow down to subcontractors handling FCI or CUI
COTS-only contracts remain excluded
